Mission

Transfer Leadership Organization is a student organization and programming board that works to provide transfer students the opportunity to fully transition into The University of Mississippi student body. TLO works closely with the Center for Student Success and First-Year Experience as well as the Office of Admissions to coordinate events, programs and initiatives for transfer students to promote successful transition both academically and socially, as well as acclimate to the city of Oxford.
